In partnership with the She for Society Initiative, this project was designed to address the challenges faced by civil society organizations. The project aims to strengthen the capacities of CSOs in Al-Jawf, Marib, and Hadramout in three key areas: effective communication, gender inclusiveness, and organizational empowerment.
Through targeted training and capacity-building activities, the project enhances the organizations’ ability to communicate effectively by equipping participants with the skills and tools needed to engage with their target audiences and donors. It also emphasizes the importance of women’s and girls’ participation in decision-making and active involvement in programs and activities.
The project targets 15 civil society organizations across the three governorates (5 in Al-Jawf, 5 in Marib, and 5 in Hadramout). This training represents one of the skill-building activities under the She for Society Initiative, implemented in partnership with RSD.
The project has contributed significantly to strengthening the effectiveness of participating organizations by training and developing their staff in communication, fundraising, and gender inclusiveness—ultimately enhancing their ability to achieve their community goals more efficiently and sustainably.
